Return and refund policy

  1. Return deadline: Customers have 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, undamaged and without signs of use.

  3. Reason for return: We accept returns due to a defective product, incorrect size or not meeting customer expectations.

  4. Returns Procedure: Customers must contact our customer service to receive a returns number and instructions on the returns process. Products should be returned at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on the part of the seller.

  5. Refund: The customer will receive a refund of the total amount paid for the product, within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer confirms the correction.

  6. Exceptions: We do not accept returns for products that have been personalized at the customer's request, for example special orders or products made to order.

  7. Warranties: For products with a warranty, the customer can take advantage of the returns policy if the product does not meet the warranty conditions or is defective.
